Colossal Capacity not expanding inventory on Titan (PS5)

Colossal Capacity does not increase inventory size on Titan. The chest icon is visible and clickable, but activating it does not expand the inventory.

Yeah, on PC too if using a controller. Works with mouse and keyboard. The inventory is there and things go into it, but you can't open it to view them or get them out
