Act 4 Final Boss Defeated but Quest Won't Progress

I killed act 4 boss and accidently hit the portal to boat during the dialog post kill. After re-entering the final arena I can see Tavakai and The Hooded One marked on the mimimap but they are invisble in game. I have tried respawning at checkpoint and intentionally dying to mobs in the area but neither worked. I can't progress to interlude or maps until this is resolved. My quest says "Find Tavakai".

After waiting long enough to let the area fully reset I went back and thankfully I could fight the final boss again. On killing the boss the bug occured once again. Please help with this I cant progress and dont want to keep fighting the boss.

Still a bug. Completed heart of tribe and killed all three phases of Tavakai boss. Games says "witness hooded one heal Makoru", but doesn't do anything. I can portal to town, close game, all enemies are dead but can't progress game. Same issue happened at excavation, killed boss and forge path was blocked.
