Dual wielding EARTHQUAKE bug

Hidden attack speed penalty about 50%less when dual wielded 2maces, but no changes in tooltip or full skill description.

Bumping this.

Curious if you're also using Giant's Blood.

I've seen this on Forge Hammer and Leap Slam too, tooltip updates correctly to weapon speed "average" but timing the skills manually they are about 50% slower than they say.
