Architect Room Had No Architect

Ran my temple and there was no fight inside the Architect room. The tooltip says you have to defeat the Architect to use the chests and console, but I had no fight and freely was able to use the chests and console in an otherwise empty room.

Only level 34 on my Oracle, so perhaps it has a minimum Vaal Temple level to spawn him or something? I assume that is a bug.

I'm seeing the same thing playing in a party of two. My friend's temple has an architect room, but every time we run the temple the room just has 3 chests to loot, and no architect.

Anyone know if this is what's supposed to happen?

I think you should have a "quest" to kill the architect in an level 75+ area, so I'm guessing he only appears in zones that are level 75 or higher, which is in maps.

I forgot to mention that a "room is complete" message appears as soon as we enter the architect's room. As mentioned, there are 3 chests that can be immediately looted.
