Cannot pickup loot or select portal

Hi,

I am playing a Druid and have now encountered a problem that I cannot pick up loot. In some cases, I can use ALT + click (i.e. single drop instances)

On boss fights, I cannot pick up anything.

Tried to re-run some bosses and no I am missing out on Spirit and Skill points.

Please fix this as I cannot level and progress.

Have tested a few settings, with no improvement.
i.e. Resolution, Sharpness, windowed and full-screen mode.

I have observed that if it is a single item, you can alt + mouse click.

If there is anything else - i.e. a mob body - then this needs to disappear before you can loot.

On the boss fights, the body does not disappear and you cannot loot.

Also, if there are many items, it seems as if it cannot distinguish between the items and then does not allow you to loot.

So, I have effectively been stopped from leveling as I cannot loot, especially on boss fights.
