Bug: Lord of the Wilds

I think that this passive is bugged. I didn't notice any changes in the patch notes as well as looking at how it worked in the video of the endgame builds. I'm running a Malice Sceptre, but the actual buff itself is not being applied when I'm in Wolf Form which would mean I'm also not getting the Modifiers on it applied to my minions either.

I just allocated it and im not getting the spirit from my sceptre either.

Its definitely just not working right now.

Edit: i just specced out of it and back into it, i got discipline + spirit from it now

Odd bug. try speccing out and back into it.

I realized that in town youre in human form, its only in effect while shapeshifted.. dummy moment

Im noticing that its making herald of ice cost 60 spirit instead of 45 spirit, unless my math is incorrect?

The node says 50% less reservation efficiency, so it should only make herald of ice cost 50% more spirit, 15, but instead its taking 60 spirit.
