Blood Sacrifice Quest

The Sacrificial Heart becomes unclickable upon placing it on the altar. The Dagger is still in my Inventory.

Similar problem on my druid, clicked in bear form, didn't get the bonus from quest but both heart and dagger gone from inventory after clicking the «stab the heart» action.

Is it fixable or do I need to create a new character?

Edit: Ran the map again (ctrl click create new) and was able to stab the heart, which was presocketed in the dais.
