Missing Weapon

Hi. Today, before the servers started to crash and were restarted, I was in the new Vaal temple. And after the server started working, I lost the weapon from the 2nd set, and I can't transform on the druid. I assume it disappeared because I was using the altar in the room, and at that time the servers went down. I also can't go back to the temple again.
How do I get my weapon back, which I spent resources on?
I am playing on HC and right now i dont want to continue playing with 20 dps on lightning bolt
