Spell totem is bugged with bonestorm(or even every channeling spell)

Description says 0,19s cast speed IIRC From the moment I press the button to summon it, I see the first bonestorm projectiles being gathered after around 2 seconds. After that, I notice that the next projectiles are gathered at a rate of around once every 0,5s. It gathers 3 projectiles at once because of multishot II so the interval is clearly visible. Cast speed calculations are definitly wrong here. I'm not sure how calculations work exacly, but I don't think 25% less cast speed from spell totem and 20% less skill speed from multishot II brings the 0,15s base cast speed all the way to 0,5s(I might also have like 5-10% increased cast speed from tree or somewhere). In addition, bonestorm above totems does not rotate towards enemies. It keeps targetting the same direction it started targetting. I feel like it targets the ground under enemy, not the enemy itself. This might be the case for other spells in spell totem as well. In addition I noticed something weird. I place bonestorm totem. Totem starts casting normal projectiles. I use Devour to gain power charges. Projectiles above totem turn into empowered versions because I have power charges. After totem casts bonestorm, I don't lose my charges. Reproduction: 1. Gain power charges from for example devour. 2. Place bonestorm totem 3. Count the delay from placing the totem to first projectiles you see 4. Count the delay between additional projectiles being collected 5. Watch as projectiles are not rotating towards enemies. 6. Devour again to gain power charges.
