SKILL SPEED BUGGED?

Hi,

How is it possible that wearing ONE 2H Mace with 17% Attack Speed gives Attack per Second of 1.15 and wearing ONE 2H Mace with 32% Skill Speed gives Attack per Second of 1.14? (Same Base Weapons)?

Another observation for Armour Breaker... 17% Attack Speed gives Attack per Second of 2.35 and 32% Skill Speed gives Attack per Second of 2.28 and 64% Skill Speed gives Attack per Second of 3.58 (Dual Welding - Used to be close to 5).

For Boneshatter Attack per Second stays the same for both, and for Hammer of the Gods, 17% Attack Speed gives Attack per Second of 0.91 and 32% of Skill Speed gives Attack per Second of 0.94?
