Unexpected Disconnection on taking out Amanamu's Gaze in Ange's Currency Exchange

Whenever I want to take out my Amanamu's Gaze from a cancelled Order in Ange's Currency Exchange in POE2 Standard, the game aborts with "Unexpected Disconnection" and I have to login again.

Same thing happens, when I want to take out an Amanamu's Gaze which I bought, so there is obviously a problem with the Amanamu's Gaze item itself.
Exchanging other currencies is working fine.

Now I have to Ange slots blocked...
