Game won't start on Steam

I hit play on Steam. The button attempts to say that its loading and then it goes back to play with nothing ran. No window, no sounds.

Fresh install too- config files completely wiped as well.

Where are the start up logs saved for this?

Deleting the files under roaming app data resolved this for me.
