Unable to load into riverback

Hello kind exiles!
sadly im unable to play this league of poe 2 :O
when picking a character and attempting to start the game by loading into riverbank, my screen stays stuck in an unending loop. i see the grinding gears spin and the tip above them change, but even after 20 minutes it wont load me into river bank to start the game.

i attempted the following:
1.to change server - i changed from frankfut to milan to others. didnt work.
2.I aint using a vpn or anything of that sort
3.to task kill the game and load it again


any ideas would be great.

By “stuck,” do you mean the continuously rotating gears? If so driverissue ?! or try to delete/rebuild the Shaddercache.

Yes, can go on for more then 20 minutes, after that i tried to restart the game. still havent been able to enter riverbank yet

I don't use Nvidia GPUs, only AMD. The Adrenaline driver has a function to reset the shader cache. Is that also available for Geforce? Have a look. Could it be that you are using Vulcan as your renderer? If so, change it to DX 12 via ini or delete all user files under my games/POE2 ...

Its Already on DX 12 in the settings.
also i attempted to delete every file under my games/POE2 and relunched the game,
still the same issue.

I managed to connect to riverbank when i turned on a VPN i have.
is there a chance my current IP is blocked?? how can somthing like that happen?
im a legit player and also i havent played poe 2 for about half a year if not more. why would my IP be blocked?
