Can't GCP Shred skill

title: cant use a gem cutters prism to quality upgrade Shred as the werewolf skill, even tho it shows quality increases its attack speed.

This is intended, its the weapons basic attack skill. You can get quality on it through other means

Gemcutter's Prism only applies to Gem.
