New patch causing computer crash

Path of Exile 2 0.4 is crashing my GPU/Computer. Screens go blank, game music keeps playing, but system is otherwise unresponsive. CTRL + ALT + DEL does nothing, have to force computer restart.

OS: Windows 11
CPU: AMD 9800X3D
GPU: AMD Radeon 9070 XT
Driver version downgraded to 25.9.2 (with ddu)
Adrealin on stock settings (no overclocks)
Shader cache folders under \AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2 deleted
Game is installed on nvme ssd

Game crashes on both Vulkan and DX12. I got to Hunting grounds and after that crashing started. After that game has crashed on character screen as well.

Mine is freezing the entire pc and all I can do is hard reset it
