PS5 Pro - All NPC text fast forwarding to completion

Hi, since creating a new druid character, I have noticed that all NPC conversations immediately fast forward to the end of the dialogue before being able to read or hear them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and that did not resolve. Is there currently a fix for this issue?

Also, the Output Dialogue To Chat option when enabled still isn't sending the character's dialogue to chat...

I wish there was a work around, I am having the same issue, highly annoying in an RPG lol, I'm also on PS5 Pro
