Questions regarding the Preload Torrent

How exactly do I use the pre-load torrent? In what folder do I put the files? I use standalone client. Thank you and GLHF

what preload torrent? doesn't seem like they are doing that anymore... they used to release 20/20 gems, full ascendancy nodes ect. but they must be balancing the game down to the wire this time around.
