If I had to guess why you did this, it was to make the economy function better so that it doesn't play like putting in a gold cheat? I don't like this solution at all. Why not just make a new currency that only applies to higher level gear? It's Convoluted. It's Unimaginative. It's Repetitive. It's Aesthetically bad. It's Thoughtless It's Expensive I love the game, and I hope that it doesn't continue to get easier. I hope we add a more roguelike mode where I am forced to adapt to drops. And I do not want to have 3 times more items with names and icons, that do exactly the same.

Not sure i like it either.
But I prefer it over combining the use of orbs with multiple omens. I think. "Beidat honored the pact, though Mancy wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."

I'd be kind of okay with 2 tiers but 3 is too much imo
This applies to essences too, rn we have 4 'tiers' for each of them but the last one (perfect) usually do something completely different from the last tier for some reason, why not call it something else other than an essence? It'd be more intuitive this way and avoid confusion |

Good points all around with the tiers of currency. I am glad that their functionality exists, but I think there's a more elegant way to implement them.
" Same here. I miss the challenge of 0.1 & 0.2. Even the experience of enting Clearfell for the first time and getting your butt handed to you, felt like the game was not messing around. But the difficulty has been reduced to the point where combat encounters, especially with bosses, no longer feel like a significant accomplishment, and the overall experience feels more hollow as a result of it. The fights were so much fun! Attempting them with friends until we could bring them down, was the highlight of my time in PoE2. But now that's gone. I think a lot of PoE1 players complained about not being able to steam-roll the campaign, because this is not generally a complaint you hear about other difficult games. Ohh look GGG doing ANYTHING except the obvious and best solution. NOPE! More sweaty gating. gated behind currency now , how sweaty, look at that stinky mass collecting in you bags. Remember when currency had value because it was a crafting material. Whats its value now ? None. Just more sweat. Its all unique currencies i dont care what you call them there were 3 now 9 and they are tiered , to guarantee maximum ass suck. Ohh wait where are the shards ??? we can have 9 more shards ... then you can waste even more time collecting garbage!!! cause unless you are in SSF you BUY things you don't make things. |

The more different currencies and their versions there are, the more garbage on the screen. It is necessary: 1. To remove all the shards. 2. Remove all versions of currencies (level 2 and 3). Keep only the original version of the currency. Change its algorithm so that high-level bases have high-level properties. In fact, it will be the same, but with 3 times fewer items.
