Tectonic slam of cataclysm not displaying correctly

Hello, i noticed that TSOC was not showing any additional fissures when spending endurance charges for it, i don't think the "10% aoe per endurence charge removed" is showing either ,but the skill still damages enemies correctly,just does not display the graphics of it, it pretty much display the graphic of using the skill without spending any endurance charges for it, even when spending charges. Makes the skil very unsatysfying to use ngl.
