[3.28] Tiger King - Dominating Blow of Inspiring - Farrul Bloodline Guardian

When would you recommend swapping from absolution to Dom Blow? I did a leveling trial with absolution and it went extremely smoothly, wondering if I should stick with it until red maps or swap earlier in the endgame?
I'd like to add some usefull things for people who are going to try this:

Earlygame you'll be running into a massive problem. That problem is hitting with an ability. Make sure that one of your auras is precision. That'll help you untill you get to about a3 when slowly per level your acc starts to tank. I chose to pick the middle acc+dext nodes while still going to the left side to pickup that minnion damage wheel to the left. Going further down you'll want to pickup swords because they're a realy good earlygame/midgame fixer for acc rating due to their implicit. Another massive reason to level with swords will be the blademaster node very far down the marauder tree. This node will grant you 200 flat rating with swords. Some nice att speed. And the best thing is that the sword mastery grants 0.3 strike radius too. You'll then want to go back down from templar middle to marauder middle for even more acc rating. But make sure you check, because you can pickup the terrible strike cluster with the 40% dmg the closer the target is, put the non-vaal strike hit +1 units on it. You'll be far, far into the second phase of the campain at this point. But it does solve a bunch of issues.

Later you'll probably want to keep an eye on a "cheap" unique called Hyrri's Truth. It'll grant you a lvl 30 rpecision with 0 reservation. I'm not going to rely on this because depending on the meta this "cheap" unique might not be...."cheap".

I'm also not going to glance over the mana reservation mastery to the top left. I'm stomping my way through the campain with purity of the elements. Some herald boys and a dom blow of inspiration. I only have a problem of mana to fix now. I took canabalistic rights across the sword node. Since the floaty thing gives us insane life regen. So the extra life cost of attacks means nothing. It's just not enough though. So I'm stuck with a mana flask untill I fix mana. Maybe some mana steal somewhere. I guess getting my hands on a praxis earlygame would be funny too.

Some cents that might help people who might struggle with accuracy.

I'm stupid. You can just rush resolute technique never crit and just never miss xd.

They are adding new accuracy nodes to the Templar start, if the content reveal is to be believed. So for bros who live and die on their day 1 30% crit rate, that's an option.
Yo Tiger King, love the guide and the build. How do you feel about the new ascendancy Marshal of Divinity (text below)? Sounds like you'd have a high uptime of 80% of phys as extra lightning damage. How do you think this compares against the two farrul ascendancies or other guardian ascendancies? Thank you!

(The Guardian now has an additional 2-point Ascendancy Notable: Marshal of Divinity. This Notable grants Inflict Hallowing Flame on Melee Hit, You can inflict +1 Hallowing Flame on Enemies, and Gain 10% of Physical Damage as Extra Lightning Damage for each of your Hallowing Flames that have been removed by an allied hit recently, up to 80%.)

Thanks!

Unfortunately I think Marshal of Divinity is bait, it sounds cool in theory but with the majority of our damage being flat fire/lightning from Anger/Wrath/Blasphemer it would be a much smaller portion of our damage than you'd expect.

In my guide PoB w/ a 530 pDPS sword the 80% phys as extra lightning was only providing 12.2% more dmg while Primal Roar is 33.5% more dmg and Huntleader is 36.5% more dmg.

Hallowing Flame should also be negligible for us since it should read as being +25% phys as extra fire for our minion's attacks that pop our Hallowing Flame stacks, while our minions deal negligible dmg.

Yep, I'd recommend just going RT early until at least getting Farrul bloodline to get Tiger crit chance, probably a Mob Mentality cluster w/ Autoexertion for Power Charge uptime, and accuracy on a couple pieces of gear. (probably sticking to Frostbreath -> Paradoxica at that point)

Still need to see what the new accuracy nodes look like and if they have accuracy mastery available since that can be make-or-break early for 300+ flat acc.

Later on I'd swap to a Hits can't be Evaded lightning/cold Elegant Foil this patch over Anarchic Spiritblade; dropped HoP for Autoexertion, only lightning is lucky now, and it makes mana leech easier to obtain so it should just feel better.

Weird question, but could this build theoretically work on the necro? I know this would not be anywhere near optimised, but i wanted to make a DBoI necro build for the longest time, but never succeeded and your build is the closest thing to that.

That'll be my go-to strat—minus the mob mentality, which I didn't know about~ I'm pretty well locked-in on Absolution into Open-Shirt-Chest-Hair Tiger King at this point.

Any specific reason why a foil over the spirit blade? Because you intend to drop the Herald? Or because we're losing Radiant Ground?

I think an issue is the Necro's ascendacies are generally excellent, it'll be hard to find two to sub out for Tigers + Primal Roar both.
