Add a new type of chat

Hello !!!
Right now, there is a local, global, party, whispers, trade and guild chat in the game.
I'd like a new one could be added.
The beggars chat.
Inside, every beggars asking from free stuff and donators offering free stuff can interact.
With this new chat, i'm hoping to stop seeing in the global chat exhausting discussions of the worse kind of people a game can have ...

There's a solution to annoying chats: mute them.
I have all chats muted since game release and it's a blessing.

I would never donate to a beggar.

you guys use chat in-game? why?

I'm in channel 99999 or 999997. There is no1 there and I like it.
