My Wishlist for 0.4 / 0.5

I have a set of changes I would like to see in the next patch or the one after. These are focused on long term health, clarity, balance, and quality of life.

## 1. A true Solo Mode with trading

Not SSF. A normal ruleset with trading allowed, just without the ability to party.

Partying currently distorts the economy on a massive scale. Group play funnels multiple players into single goals, creates specialized farming roles, and most importantly produces absurd item quantity advantages. Stacked rarity and quantity bots inside parties generate dozens of divines per map. A solo player gets one or two. The result is an inflated economy that does not reflect the experience of most players.

A solo mode with trading would allow players to enjoy crafting, enjoy the market, and avoid the economy warping caused by party loot multipliers.

## 2. Remove increased rarity as an item stat

This stat creates more confusion than anything else. No one really knows how it works or how much you need. It is unclear whether stacking rarity helps or harms the drop rate of valuable non-magic items that crafters care about. It is unclear whether bad thresholds exist where you go negative.

The game does not need this stat at all. Droprates should be balanced directly without requiring players to engage with a black box mechanic.

## 3. Remove plus to level of skills from items

This is the single biggest damage multiplier in the entire game. That makes it mandatory. If an item is strong but does not have plus to skills, it becomes worthless. Any mandatory stat that dominates every gearing decision harms build diversity and item diversity.

Remove the stat and rebalance damage so that +skill items are not the choke point for viable builds.

## 4. Custom stash tabs with filters

I want the ability to create and save custom filters inside stash tabs. This includes item type, level, and stat filters. Once a filter is created, I want to save it and quickly reselect it for common searches.

On top of this, I want filter affinity. A tab should be able to automatically receive items that match its assigned filter. This would make sorting clean and fast.

## 5. Searchable Atlas map mods

Let me search maps by affixes. For example, I want to type "abyssal" or search for any affix that affects a specific mechanic. This should work like a standard stash search.

## 6. More graphics settings

I want finer control over visual effects. A specific example is disabling delirium fog, which destroys performance. More granular toggles would let players optimize their game without tanking visuals globally.

Better CPU side optimization is also badly needed.

## 7. Faster extraction of filtered items from stash

If I search for "breach ring" in my stash, every item that matches gets highlighted. I want to be able to control right click those highlighted results and have them fill my inventory instantly, the same way currency control clicks into stacks.

This would dramatically speed up crafting sessions and mass item handling.

These are the changes I believe would meaningfully improve gameplay, clarity, economy health, and quality of life for Path of Exile 2 going into 0.4 and 0.5.

**8. Sorting for inventory and stash tabs**
A basic sort function is overdue. Being able to auto sort either inventory or an entire stash tab would save an enormous amount of manual clicking and dragging.

**9. Reforge bench rework**
The current reforging experience is tedious. Reforging large batches of items is slow, repetitive, and discourages engaging with the system. It needs streamlining so that bulk reforging is fast and does not require constant inventory shuffling.

**10. Disenchantment scrolls usable during mapping**
There should be a consumable scroll that lets you disenchant items on the spot. Being forced to return to an NPC every time slows the flow of mapping.

**11. Combine disenchantment and salvaging**
These two mechanics should not be separate. Both processes should yield the relevant fragments without requiring different actions for the same basic outcome.

**12. Upgrade paths for low-tier orbs and gems**
Transmutation, Augmentation, Regal, Jeweler orbs and Uncut gems should be convertible into higher tier versions, similar to how Essences and Emotions upgrade. This would create smoother currency progression and reduce clutter.

**13. Expedition and Breach stash tabs**
Dedicated tabs for these mechanics would cut down on stash bloat and make managing their items significantly easier.
This is a clear, articulated set of requests -not a wall of bitchwhine.

**14. Map Tablet stash tab**
A dedicated tab for Map Tablets. Sorting tablets is a huge pain point.

**15. More advanced filtering options**
Stash filtering should allow criteria like number of affixes. This would be especially useful for organizing waystones before upgrading or crafting them, since identifying stones with the right affix count is currently slow and manual.
This guy gets it!

Solo Mode with trading, +1. I play till I'm priced out of the market then I'm done the for league... so not long.

Remove increased rarity as an item stat, +1

Remove plus to level of skills from items, +1

The rest are great ideas too but I like these the most!
When people say "careful what you wish for" they really mean it.

Decorative wishes like breach stash tab aside, your wish list better not see the light of day.
16. Asynchronous Trade System - Save Search History
When trading, players find it inconvenient that their search queries are cleared every time. I would like to request that your past search history is saved with the ability to clear anytime.

17. Expand Stash Tab Affinities
Add more granular affinity options for stash tabs as the current options seem limited, slowing down the loot deposit process. I would like to see specific affinities added for items such as:

• Martial Weapons
• Caster Weapons (staff, wand, sceptre)
• Armour (body armour, helmets, gloves, boots)
• Finery (amulets, rings, jewels, belts)

18. Mark Favorite Items
New option to mark an item as favorite, whereby locking an item to prevent accidental salvaging, selling, trading, disenchanting, etc. This provides protection from any misclicks.

19. Guild Management – Customize Guild Ranks
To give more player agency to guild management, give the capability to add more guild ranks and the ability to change the names of these ranks. This would go a long way to facilitate roleplaying.

20. Guild User Interface – Message of the Day Section
Currently, the Guild UI only shows member information with sorting functionality, and recommend to add a new section called “Message of the Day,” where officers can add general notes such as sharing Discord information and keeping members informed of day-to-day activities.

In no particular order, I feel like if they don't add these the game will just remain 100% unplayable:

- Shade walker added to the normal rare monster mod pool.
- Delirium encountered for the first time in the middle of Silverfist encounter in act 3.
- Jamanra produces a clone in 2nd phase a la Baal in D2 LoD.
- Doryani cycles between having elemental shrine buffs based on empowering totems you disable in his arena similar to how you have to keep Torvian un-buffed.
- The Druid boss in maps can shape-shift into other map bosses to perform their red-slam attacks.
- +skill level is removed as a suffix and is now a prefix on boots.
- Default spirit is 99. Heralds are 50 spirit
- Maps can roll maximum of 3 modifiers with orbs. Tablets add a random modifier as well as their tablet mods. Tablets can not be applied to non-rare waystones.
- Tailwind now has a 10% chance to be gained on ailment application rather than on hit, effect is doubled against beasts.
- Hulking form also comes with "can not use shields"
- Upon casting spell sound effects, rather than the normal effect, the witch makes onomatopoeia noises with her mouth once you reach 157 int.
- Emberfusilade makes her go pewpewpewpewpewpew etc. She actually says the "etc." if you get lucky on the wildshards roll.
- Monks grunt noises on attack get more exhausted sounding the lower his ES is and he starts coughing when poisoned.
- The Mercenary exclaims his need for a bandaid when inflicted with Bleed.
- Zolin and Zelina will tell you "Chuck Norris" style Doryani jokes if you give them valuable enough items.
- If you make Una play her songs enough times Renly offers you 2 more skill points if you put the lute back in the Ogham Farmlands.

SSF Rise of the Abyssal Ice Strike Invoker, high survivability and fast clear speed. Deprioritize armor and resistances; prioritize crafting a weapon and faster start of ES recharge. Build is shown at level 47, end of Act 3. It tore through Act 3 like butter.

Also; if I can't copy-paste an item's mods IN-GAME, without a third-party app, into the async trading interface, and instantly search to check prices in 0.4, that means the game will be completed in 2050, which means I'm gonna f* die and this makes me sad.
