Game crashes upon trying to load into Act 8 Bathhouse

i am leveling a new character and noticed my game crashes if i try to travel to the Bathhouse from the Grand Promenade. I also tried opening a new instance to it but also swapped to another server. Tried asking a friend, he loaded into it and i tried joining and it crashed my game aswell. then I verified game files on steam, deleted all the Cache folders. Restarted my PC, did a windows update and a graphics update. Started the game again tried on the same character and on my lvl 98 Character via Waypoint. All tries going into the Bathhouse act 8 is crashing my game.

Update: After uninstalling the game twice and downloading it again it is currently working. i have no clue why it worked the second time.
