Cyclone of Tumult gem bug?

Hello,

I just want to report what i think might be a bug/glitch with the cyclone of tumult gem.

I am currently using the cyclone build, i was using just the normal cyclone gem up until this morning when i was able to get the cyclone of tumult gem which should be an upgrade to my knowledge. My current build with just the cyclone gem didn't move my mana pool, i regenerate the mana as it is being used so no mana usage with the current state of the build which is very nice.

As soon as i put the tumult version of the gem in it now uses my mana but not just that it uses it very fast and if you look at the stats of both gems, the tumult version only uses 1 more mana than the normal cyclone version. Theres no way it should use up my mana this fast with just 1 more mana usage.

I even tried adding a mana support gem to the tumult gem and it didn't make a difference, which it should considering that's what the support gem is for to lower the mana cost of the tumult gem, this in theory should have put me back to No usage of mana possibly.

Anyway very disappointing/frustrating, took me a while trying to get this gem and now i cant really use it until i get better gear or figure out a way to fix the mana usage.

Hoping someone can look into this possible bug/fix? I could be missing something but thought worth reporting.
