Controller Targeting is too loose

Decided to post it here since this is the issue that affects all platforms.


Controller options I feel need expanding. Actual targeting reticle/cursor would be ideal (and make ground targeting skills like grenades, iceshards, bone cage etc more usable, and also have crossbows not shoot the dirt when enemies are close), but realistically that's probably not gonna happen.


So instead can we at least add new options for skill target selection/priority?

Right now, there are just too many cases where you'd use a "payoff" skill and instead of going for an enemy that satisfies the condition, the skill would go towards a random enemy.
This bafflingly happens even though enemy with condition is the closest to the character.

There is already a tab in advanced skill info which now only houses weapon set info, and this can fit neatly in there.
Could even have it working modularly via "prioritize enemies: [affected by chosen status / skill / lowest %HP]".
An option to add value of a status would be neat, but is not really necessary for now.


At the very least, this would make the combo skill play a bit less awkward than it currently is.
