Loot Filter installation help please!!!

So I watched a couple of Youtube videos and they said just press "Follow" on the Loot Filters List and it would automatically be added to my account... Made sure I was signed in to my account and that I had selected PoE2...

I went for:
NeverSink-2semistr-PoE2
Public
Platform: PoE 2 (Last Valid Version: 4.3.0)

And followed it.

It has yet to populate in game (Options> Game settings> Loot filters). I have pressed the refresh several times, and it still doesn't show up on the list.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks so much for the help!!!

you need to copy the filter to proper place:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2
