[Suggestion] Introduce Low-Level "Gold Find Amulet" for Patch 0.4.0

For the next Content Patch 0.4.0, I urge GGG to consider adding a means for new players to improve their passive gold income. I think a good addition would be to add a new low-level common amulet that grants a modest boost to gold find. This would really help covering the high cost of respecing, buying upgrades at the vendor and support gambling as SSF character.
