Spirit bug

Ive run into an issue with my spirit gems, i cannot activate some even though i have the spirit for it, and my cast on critical suddenly stopped working, most of the skills have red on them indicating that they arent activating.

I have 255 spirit and with everything as it was i still had 16 left over, now ive had to change it up and i still have 82/255 available and i cant equip[ anything that drops that number or my build breaks.
