Does anybody know if I can raise a dispute against my death in HCSSF?

First time playing POE 2! Been having tons of fun playing alone or sometimes with friends. I got my first drop of Divine while playing with a friend and I got so excited. Tonight I tried to kill Benedictus for the second time as a warbringer to test an upgraded build, I died during the circular explosion on his phase 2, but I killed him before he even got to his rock to cast it And we were almost in the middle of battle stage and to my surprise, I'm not sure how he was able to cast that circular explosion, I could not run towards the center of the circle for safety since we were almost at the center of the stage. So here's hoping it's a bug and could somehow dispute my death.
