Ancient Jawbone (min mod lvl 40) provided tier 6 / mod lvl 16 mods on i-level 80 sceptre.

Working on crafting an Exceptional 2-socket sceptre I picked up. I used my last divs to buy an ancient jawbone to aim for a Spirit modifier. Ancient Jawbones are supposed to provide at minimum modifiers with a level of 40 or higher. The modifier ranges provided to me were significantly lower, all around lvl 16.

This build burned my last capital so I'm not really motivated to return to the game for now after this waste of currency, but whatever happened to me should be looked into and investigated so it doesn't happen to others.

For more clarity, the spirit range provided by the Desecration was 33%, significantly lower than what it should be given the use of the Ancient Jawbone.
