Why use different terms for the same thing?

Not a bug as such, for clarity. Skills refer to 'Cast Time' yet the 'repid' supports refer to 'increased cast speed'. Unless the two are different things, wouldn't it make more sense to refer to 'reduced cast time' and not 'increased cast speed'?
