Bought Supporter Pack but nothing in game

Hey,
so i bought the „Eternal champion of Theopolis“ Support pack on PS5. I can see it in my account under purchased items. But I have nothing in game. Are there any mechanic to claim it? Did I miss something? Thanks Chris Dernier bump le 1 nov. 2025 à 23:04:44

Hi Chris.
If you open the microtransaction store and navigate to the Buy Points tab it should redeem your supporter pack. You can double check this by going in your PS5 settings, Users and accounts, Account, payments and subscriptions, game and app services, Path of Exile. If you check the specific supporter pack there it should say "Remaining: 1". After opening the Buy points tab in game this value will reset to 0 and you'll get the contents of the pack. |
