Quad tab item navigation ruined [PS5]

When trying to take things out of a quad tab, the down and left functions do not work correctly (they usually return you to your character inventory, regardless of what item was selected).

Sometimes up works and sometimes it doesn't (often simply doesn't move the cursor).

Right usually works.

These are true with both the d-pad and the analog stick.

Normal tabs and special tabs seem to work correctly (although I haven't used them as much)

EDIT to add: Navigating empty squares works normally (at least most of the time), it's navigating between items that is broken.

This is horrible. Moving all my items to my small tabs for now

I just had a horrible experience trying to take an item out to trade with someone.

Same, the up arrow downarrow on dpad in quad tabs, and the L3 directional function is doing the same thing, and jumps to our character's equipped gear

Add another victim to this...

I'm on xbox and I'm experiencing the same thing.
