Frozen Falls Map Boss Constantly Teleporting Me INTO Its Ice Crystal

something is seriously wrong with this boss entering its cystal waves stage

I dodge rolled past it and then found myself continually being rubberbanding/teleported into the center of mass of the Ice crystal.Everttime I attempted to walk/dodge roll away, I'd be brought straight back into it
