Patch bug

I'm trying to enter the game on the PS5 but a message pops up saying there has been a patch that I need to instal to continue but when I check for updates it states that my game is up to date and there are no new patches.

I have exited the game and restarted the console but it still says the patch is needed.

this always occurs with every patch release. we just need to wait a bit longer until the path file is out on ps seevers.
