Hi, I wonder why OMEN of Amelioration not working?

I am ps5 user.
My level is 96...
And sometimes try really hard to level up
But monster is strong.. I understand if got it..

But I wish that item... Sometimes is working sometimes not working.
I don't know why? I pray all the time.

Many time I lost 10%
I had some currency buy some orb and anything... But
I can't buy my experience... You can't bring back my exp

Please can you please??? Fix for me? That issue???

you probably have an another omen active that is being used before omen of amelioration like omen of resurgence. only one omen can be used in each instance.
