Missing Ascendancy Points after completing Trials

I believe I’ve encountered a bug regarding Ascendancy Points in Path of Exile 2.
I have completed all the Ascendancy Trials in Act 2 and Act 3, but I only received 2 Ascendancy Points in total.

So I don't know what to do now if the problem occurs, which occurred yesterday because my friend completed the trial and got a total of 5 points. Other trials in Acts 2 and 3 were also passed, and no checkpoints were provided after touching the statue. It still gives me a 0 after completing it.

Try respec your ascendancy points to 0, apply changes and exit the tree.
Open up the tree again to assign points and see if points pop.

I got only 3 no more
