Dual boss killed at the same time doesn't drop loot ?

I fought the double "Thierney the hateful", usually it goes well
I killed them at the same time, and im pretty sure the exact same frame
None of them gave loot, is it a bug ?

I sadly have no record
I checked it's not a filter issue nor i pressed Z
