Download speed

Hi! With the release of the latest patch , I am experiencing a problem with the game's download speed through your launcher.When i start downloading , it downloads normally for the first couple of seconds , but then the speed decrease and freezes at 0b/s. What should i do in this situation?
I don't have any internet issues , as I've download various games through Steam and torrent , as well as Poe itself.
