Runic Luck div card has no space in Standard league Div Card tab after migration [PS5]

Playing on the PS5 client (assume it affects PS4 as well but didn't test).

Emptied out my Div Card tab (the special one you pay for) from league and shoved all the cards into my permanent standard league Div Card tab, and it says there's no room for Runic Luck (there are zero of them in there at the moment).

When I "show all" there is no card spot for Runic Luck in permanent standard league.
