Trial of Chaos bugged

Player freezed unable to move, Boss room bugged : at the moment of the defeating boss infinite monsters spawning and cannot leave the room, soul core debuff was activr after the instance was finished.
Experience loss, ultimatum loss.
Please do something!

I dealt with issues in Trial of Chaos as well, but mainly issues between the platforms.
