Failed to connect to instance -> can't play any character!?

Hi,

again I ran into the error "failed to connect to instance" after the game got stuck while in a fight. After some seconds I was back at the login screen.
Since then I am not able to play any of the characters. I always get "failed to connect to instance", even when I try to log in to town or hideout.
Game is unplayable right now :(

Please fix this soon!
