Cataclysm's Wake bug

The quest "Cataclysms Wake" isn't counting. The first time I was in a corrupted area, I died, and the map closed. The second time, when another corrupted area was cleared, the quest didn't count, and neither did the subsequent area. The maps are already level 8+, and still nothing works.

Same issue here, quest stuck on "tier 3+" even though I just killed a tier 14 corrupted nexus boss (without dying)
