Vaal City Map Boss collision bug

During one of her animations to hover and fire aoe's we had stunned her mid animation causing her soldiers to become un-uniform leaving gaps i could run around, once my partner had died she began another hovering animation which i then ran behind a few soldiers considering they couldnt hit me and she couldnt hit me either, but once her animation was done she no longer touched the ground and i could not re-enter the arena, let alone move a single step....help plz.
