Dear GGG, citadel issues....

Could you fix citadels showing up for me? I have multiple characters this league ( like previous leagues ) in the endgame. I have ran every bit of content this league with the exception of calamity fragments for uber arby because tablet cost. I'm sure you and the team can see my data. Not a single citadel has spawned. I'm over 2000 hours played since December, and this is the first time I've seen none no matter the direction I path. I can deal with hardly no loot dropping as that's just a mix of poor RNG and bad juicing ( again omen cost is hard to afford when not much currency in general falls ) but I'm being locked out of content unless i buy the the fragments because my citadels have not spawned a single one.
