Shatter and other death graphics missing?

Hey I have a freeze build that shatters most things and enemies are just poof disappearing instead of shattering. I have dynamic culling off so pretty sure its not that at least.

hopefully I accidentally hit a button that turns these effects off and I'm just dumb and the fix is easy.

me too. how to fix it?

Please use the search before creating duplicate posts. I'm having the same problem, and there are people on Reddit and Twitch who are still having the same issue!

My post was moved here by a moderator from tech support forum. I assumed I had pressed a weird button not that I was having a legit bug.
