Error connecting to the instance POE 1

Hello, I haven't been able to play properly for several weeks. When I try to enter a map, log into my HO, or go to Kingsmark, I usually get disconnected due to an error connecting to the instance. It's usually random. Sometimes it lets me play, but many other times it doesn't, and this happens every day. I thought it was a problem with my PC. I formatted it, reinstalled everything, and even did hardware maintenance, and it still gives me the error.

I hope you can help me. I'd like to avoid problems playing well with my friends in the new 3.27 season.
