Unable to list items for sale at Alva post patch

I'm unable to put items on sale post the 0.3.1c patch on Xbox series X.

I see the "Y" button prompt to list item, but pressing it does nothing. And I can't drag and drop either. I can update prices on existing items, but cannot list new one.
