about Skill Skins in Meta skills

Hello, I just purchased the Demonflame Ember Fusillade skin to use on my Witch, and I kinda expected it but the skin does not apply when the skill is slotted in a meta skill (tested on a dueling wand)

I tested slotting another Ember Fusillade to see how the skin behave, it seems gem-bound and does not apply to any other relevant skill, equipping the skin on the gem slotted outside of the Dueling Wand also did not apply it to the meta one

So I'm not sure if that counts as a bug, but it would be nice if skill skins worked on skills socketed in meta skills
