Omen of Amelioration is not working

I had multiple times when active omen in inventory didn;t work.

u had 2 omens activated in same time, on 1 map u can activate just 1 of it, omen which healed u was the omen, amelioration couldnt activate then its not a bug u have it in info bout omens
